I want a refund

I have sent you 3 emails requesting a refund due to the poor quality of the brushes over the last 2 weeks and you haven't replied to a single one. Today, I received an email asking for a review - well here is your review:
Poor quality goat hair passed off as the highest quality. Blatant lies told in the product description. Does not respond to emails. Buyer beware, pritect your money and shop elsewhere.
